Meet the team

For us, a film set is more than just our workplace, it's a shared environment for creative expression. We respect the art of storytelling and acknowledge that our impact goes beyond the story credits. Our approach to film-making, our relationship with our clients, and how our studio crew collaborate is driven by:

Creating for Good

We believe in the power of video to effect positive change that lives well beyond our creative collaboration. Our team are passionate individuals who look for opportunities to contribute to a greater cause, and a brighter future. We use film and storytelling as a powerful tool for change, within your organisation or through your social mission, and respect the strong voice our art provides us.

Joyful Engagement

We foster an environment where creativity is energised by a shared sense of enthusiasm. For us professionalism is defined by light-hearted productivity and an environment that is safe for everyone to actively participate and contribute. The joy and satisfaction we receive from our craft is contagious, and makes working with us a genuinely enjoyable and invigorating experience.

Integrity & Respect

Our commitment to ethical practices, honesty, and open communication is core to how we manage our projects. We hold ourselves accountable to high standards of service, maintain transparency in our communications and deliver on our promises. We believe that respect is the foundation of a successful relationship and a high-quality end product.

Human Connection

Our great work is a product of a passionate team. Our clients, industry partners, studio, and audience come first. We listen diligently and with empathy, to help our clients find the interesting, creating a story that is delivered with passion, impact, and respect the entire journey of our creative collaboration.

“The videos look great! Before we filmed them I was super nervous but you all made me really comfortable, and I'm glad that you got footage you've been able to work with!”

As both a creative and logistics powerhouse with technical know-how, Sam taps in quietly at the commencement of all our projects, to later hone the pre- and post-production magic.  His attention to detail and intelligent eye for editing enhances our ability to produce captivating and authentic content, driving our commitment to execute brave ideas with bold production and lasting impact.

Equal parts Director and Cinematographer, Petra is known for her ability to support the creative process from multiple perspectives, and is uniquely placed to work across our larger productions. Impressively, she is a Melbourne International Film Festival Accelerator Lab recipient, a testament to her distinctive and compelling cinematic voice.
